I met Estani 2023 when he was working for an excellent contractor who I had retained to do masonry work. Estani was left in charge of handling the labor and I was impressed with the meticulous work that he completed. The contractor shared with me that Estani was highly intelligent and could fix machinery and figure out how to complete difficult jobs without being instructed. The contractor for whom he worked, provided permission for me to hire Estani independently for odd jobs since he did not have enough work to keep his crews busy. For the following year, I have asked Estani to handle various jobs including, building beach stairs and railings, planting moss and stone pathways for my moss garden, handling fall clean up, installing aluminum safety railings, and lifting a heavy dock that needed floatation and repositioning. His prices were fair and competitive.

Estani has always been prompt with his responses, he always showed up when he said he would (which is a rare finding on the Cape) and his work was completed with professionalism and care. His crew is respectful and hardworking and they leave the work site tidy. I will continue to work with Estani on my many projects. I highly recommend Estani as a versatile contractor who can handle a wide range of interior and exterior projects including landscaping and masonry.
